BMWLink E36X

Description

The E36X fits inside the factory enclosure and replaces the Bosch M3.3.1 ECU of the M50TUB25 engine, with no alteration to the factory loom.

G4X Plug-In ECUs replace the factory ECU and fit inside the original enclosure, with no alteration to the vehicle wiring loom. All the features of a Link G4X wire-in ECU, with a direct-fit installation.

Important notes

• Before purchasing, check that your factory ECU connector matches the header shown in the photos.
• Works with both manual and automatic transmissions.
• Onboard 4 bar or 7 bar MAP sensor.
• Most factory features are supported.
• This ECU needs a hardware modification before E-Throttle (drive-by-wire) can be used.
• Works only with engine code M50TUB25 (Bosch ECU from factory).
